Rare Book (Book Arts) copy: Bound in full blue leather with triple-line fillet borders on upper and lower covers; spine with five raised bands and gilt in compartments; double-line fillet on board edges; turn-ins gilt with decorative roll, fillets, and pin-dot roll; marbled endpapers; top edge of text gilt; "Bound by Riviere & Son" in gilt at bottom of upper turn-in; housed in pull-off case in full leather with false bands and gilt lettering, also signed by Riviere & Son.
