The type is a custom-made digital variant of foundry Monotype Arrighi, printed letterpress from polymer plates on Hahnemühle Biblio paper by Peter Rutledge Koch with the assistance of Jonathan Gerken. Bookbinding by John DeMerritt Bookbinding, Emeryville, California. This edition is limited to 126 numbered copies"--Colophon.
