Edition Notes

"[Fourteen] poems, hand set in Bulmer, are printed on colorful Yatsuo paper, decorated with pochoir and bound in gray heavyweight folios with decorative stitching. Approximately 7 by 12 inches, the book, with its flexible concertina binding, is housed in a stitched paper slipcase."--Prospectus.

"The pochoir illustrations were inspired by the work of the Dutch printer H.N. Werkman (1882-1945). 12 copies were produced collaboratively by Barbara Henry (letterpress) & Barbara Mauriello (binding). The text is hand set in Bulmer, with titling in Dresden and Lightline Cothic. The poems are printed on Yatsuo paper. The cover sheets were made by La Papeterie St. Armand."--Colophon.

Some text was embroidered; some images are thread drawings. Issued in a slipcase with the initials of the poet embroidered on.

Rare Book copy: No. 10; signed by the printer and binder.
