Portland based artist and activist Anomalily (livejournal username,) writes about her high school diagnosis of schizophrenia and coming to terms with it. She examines hospitals experimentation and use of anti-psychotic drugs. She also redefines common definitions for schizophrenic disorders like apathy, hallucinations, delusions, and thinking disturbances. Anomalily was homeschooled for her last year of high school and found community through her livejournal and the internet community. She writes about how the voices began by telling her how to do her school work. The zine's subjects also include depictions of cutting and firsthand accounts of nervous breakdowns and psychotic episodes. She illustrates the zine with hand drawn self-portraits and song lyrics by Pink Floyd and Bright Eyes.
