Each sheet of the facsimile represents two pages of the original (a verso and the opposite recto) beginning with the verso of the first leaf and the recto of the second leaf.

Collation of original (as represented by facsimile) : numbered leaves 1-80, 82-262 (recto). 16 x 11 cm. 27 illus., initials.

The original is an early 13th century parchment manuscript. Numbered leaf 81 wanting in original and facsimile. In three columns.

This manuscript is complete and is the only one which contains the continuation by Gerbert in its perfect form (folios 152 (verso)-219).
