Woodcuts considered the finest to appear in a Lyon Bible, were first used by Rouillé in 1562. Attributed to Pierre Eskrich or Jean Moni, while Baudrier attributed the somewhat smaller suite of 175 woodcuts illustrating the N.T. at least in part to the "Maître à la capeline", cf. Baudrier IX:291.
