One of nine broadsides attributed to Sinclair Tousey and W.O. Bourne in NUC pre-1956, and assigned the collective title "Draft riots of 1863 of New York City; 9 handbills such as were handed about the city to allay the excitement." Two of them have the imprint "Sold by Sinclair Tousey, 121 Nassau St. ..."
