Containing the cavses thereof, & reasons of the strange effects it worketh in our minds and bodies: with the phisicke cure, and spirituall consolation for such as haue thereto adioyned an afflicted conscience ... by T. Bright ... [Printer's mark (McKerrow 164)] London, Imprinted by Thomas Vautrollier, 1586.

The facsimile has numerous errors in paging. Sig.O[8] and P[1] are each numbered as pages 223-224; according to the catchwords at the foot of p. 224, sig. P[1] contains the correct text.
