Text below date and signature reads: "This Paper, and that Entituled, "An Enquiry, &c. are delivered gratis, at the Office on the back-side of the Royal Exchanbe, and at several Coffee-Houses, to any that Asketh for them."
This version varies from that found on the Web. This version does not include the penultimate paragraph which in the Web resource begins "So that if the City Insure Houses, it will cause reflections on the ...". Rather, after the sentence which "occasion of their Loss", the piece in hand continues "And that their houses may" ... without Claumour and Suspicion of Injustice." In both versions, the following final paragraph is the same.
