Added, illustrated t.p., reproduced from the original woodcut t.p. of the 1543 ed. of Vesalius' De humani corporis fabrica, but with the title: Des grossen Zergliederers Andreas Vesals Anatomische Original-Figuren in sieben Büchern.
The illustrations are reimpressions made from the original woodcuts of the 1555 ed. of De humani corporis fabrica, with the 8th muscle plate and 12 smaller woodcuts reengraved; the 2 plates are reimpressions of the male and female figures from the Epitome of 1543.
