An edition of Rafael Cauduro (1991)

Rafael Cauduro

aquí estubo Cauduro

Primera edición.

Rafael Cauduro exhibits 50 years of creative career in art. "In his family there were architects, which led him to develop a very particular style, which was unlike the peers of his generation, that of the groups, the artists who began to do unconventional work in the 70s. His career is very interesting, because he was successful at a very young age, he carried out a very important public work at the age of 40, which is the mural for the Insurgentes metro station, in collaboration, like many of his works, with Carla Hernández, who was his first wife and passed away in 2016". The proposal for the book Aqui estubo Cauduro (Trilce Ediciones), is playful from its title (it is not a misspelling, that is how it was proposed from the beginning), and it is also the recognition of one of the artists important of our time, not only in the Mexican sphere.
