In the following pages I have traced the almost unknown history of the Italian Somaliland Colony. I have endeavoured to portray the appallingly harsh conditions of its unheeded people, whose case against Italy before the United Nations has suffered most gravely by reason of their isolation and the lack of information concerning them.
