"Proposiciones del Sr. Don José Miguel Guridi Alcocer", p. 87-102, 2nd count, has separate caption title, and is a proposition by the author to abolish slavery.

"Senor. La cuidad de la Habana, pour medio de su ayuntamiento, consulado y sociedad patriótica ...", p. 1-86, 3rd count, has separate caption title of "Senor" only, and concerns the slave population in Cuba.

"En la acta constitucional de los Estados Unidos, ó sea organizacion de su gobierno supremo", paragraphs 1-3 on p. 103, 4th count, begins with text only and has text in English with the Spanish translation; these paragraphs are dated Habana 20 de julio de 1811.

"Constitucion del estado de Kentucky", p. 103-104, 4th count, has separate caption title, and concerns the subject of slavery in the state of Kentucky.

Pages 105-138 contain pieces by Agustin de Arguelles, debates of the Spanish Cortes, a report of the captain general of Cuba, the Marques de Someruelos, comments by Francisco de Arango y Parreño, and further discussions in the Cortes on the slave trade question.

Pages 139-154 are numbered and printed on recto only and consist of tables of statistical charts of the slave populations in the West Indies, the number of free blacks and slaves in Cuba, and the breakdown by city and town. There is also a comparative chart of the number of slaves in the United States broken down by state, comparing the numbers from 1790 and 1800.
