This book explains poetry and simple narratives about mental health issues, which tells about a story, namely a young person who is looking for an identity about himself, but the problems and stories he has sometimes don't match what he experiences, so that feelings arise. unexpected feelings, one of which is sadness, destruction, resignation, failure, lack of self-confidence, or anger, until this experience creates a traumatic reason in him that he cannot endure, so he feels self-exhaustion, namely by writing poetry that he wrote in between the stories of his life, until in the end he told the story in several parts of his life, one of the stories was about dimples, a poetry box.
