Place of publication and name of printer from foot of broadsheet.
"Reino-unido de Portugal, Brasil, e Algarves. Rio de Janeiro 28 de fevereiro. Decreto", first column, is dated and signed: Palacio do Rio de Janeiro em 24 de fevereiro de 1821. Com a rublicade Sua Magestade. This royal decree states the John VI has approved the new liberal constitution.
"Auto do juramento", text on first and second columns, dated, February 26, 1821, signed: Principe Real D. Pedro de Alcantara. Infante D. Miguel. It contains the pedges of the John VI and of Pedro de Alcantara as well as the Infante Miguel to uphold the new constitution.
The Diario da regencia was only in 1821 and was edited by António José Maria Campelo and Diogo de Góis Lara de Andrade.
Text printed in two parellel columns.
