Excerpts

This e-book is a resource of information I wish I knew transitioning into a vegan lifestyle, especially how I approached the diet. Veganism extends beyond one's diet but for simplicity, this book is emphasizing a vegan diet (100% plant based diet). The most important goal for this book is to make cooking a vegan meals enjoyable. My job is to make sure that you feel confident and excited to eat every single day. You do not have to be vegan to use this book. It can be a great way to start incorporating more plant
based meals into your diet.

Aside from some important tips and suggestions for transitioning to a vegan/plant based diet, I have included 12 unique recipes that are tasty, exciting and highlight some Ghanaian flavours and cooking techniques. These are foods I like to eat and are recipes that are far from boring.

Disclaimer: This e-book should be used as a resource and not as the only way to approach transitioning to a vegan/plant-based diet. I am not a licensed dietitian and will not be providing nutritional advice but only sharing my experiences. Please do consult your doctor and healthcare providers about your health before deciding to transition into a vegan lifestyle.
