"The order Rubidae Rosae & Aureae Crucis was apparently a section of the Order of the Golden Dawn, the mystical society to which yeats belonged. Each member adopted a motto, usually in Latin, and was known in the Order by the initials of the motto; Yeats was Daemon Est Deus Inversus."--Wade 33.
