Attributed to Philip Freneau by Bristol.

First printed as the address of the carrier of the Freeman's journal, Philadelphia, Jan. 7, 1784.

This edition was presumably printed late in 1797 by Luther Pratt, publisher of the Farmer's oracle, for distribution on New Year's day.

Text in two columns, within an ornamental border.
