Incipit: The Postmaster-General of the United States having given a notice for determining the agreement under which the correspondence between Great Britain and Canada has been conveyed in closed mails through the territories of the United States ..., the mails to and from Canada will henceforth be landed and embarked at Halifax, Nova Scotia, instead of at Boston as at present.
