In Ḥeleḳ 1, pp. 303-306 is a list of zikhronot, names of prominent deceased Karaites, to be read out at the Sabbath morning service.
In Ḥeleḳ 1, on page preceding p. 309 is the prayer for the welfare of the kingdom, Tefilah bi-shelom ha-malkhut, in Hebrew and Russian. Mention is made of Tsar Nikolai I.
