In Ḥeleḳ 1, on page following p. 306 is a list of contributors to the various Karaite communities of Eastern Europe: Joseph Solomon Lutski, Simhah Babovich, Daṿid Kukizov, Avraham Beim, Abraham Luzki, Avraham Babagan, Avraham Ḳirimi, Mordekhai Kefeli, Mosheh Ṭungur, and Barukh Ogiz.

In Ḥeleḳ 1, pp. 303-306 is a list of zikhronot, names of prominent deceased Karaites, to be read out at the Sabbath morning service.

In Ḥeleḳ 1, on page preceding p. 309 is the prayer for the welfare of the kingdom, Tefilah bi-shelom ha-malkhut, in Hebrew and Russian. Mention is made of Tsar Nikolai I.
