also, the amount of stipend or allowances assigned or given to each party or body at the time of the passing of the Imperial act, 16 Vict. cap. 21, and a statement of the manner in which such commutation may have been invested or appropriated : also, the amount of the fund realized or to be realized from the sales of clergy reserve lands already made, and the quantity of lands called clergy reserves remaining unsold on the 31st day of December last, in each section of the province
