Covarrubias' treatise is on 3 parts of the Corpus juris canonici: Quamvis pactum is the 2nd section of title 18 (De pactis) of book 1 of the sixth book of Decretals, Possessor malae fidei is regula 2 of the section De regulis juris at the end of the sixth book of Decretals, Si furiosus is the sole section of title 4 (De homicidio voluntario vel casuali) of book 5 of the Clementine constitutions. Brunellus' treatise is on title 12 (De homicidio voluntario vel casuali) of book 5 of the Decretals.
