Ad fidem codicum manuscriptorum edidit, brevique adnotatione passim illustravit Benjamin Thorpe ... Londini, sumptibus Societatis, 1848-49. The first the second, by John de Taxster to 1265, continued to 1295 probably by John of Eversden. cf. Pref.
