Vol. 2-7 have imprint: Privately printed and obtainable only by subscribers from Taylor, Garnett, Evans & co., ltd., Manchester.
After the death of the author in 1910, v. 7 was seen through the press by H. B. Copinger, who had also read the proofs andcompiled the indices to all the volumes except the first.
