ABSTRACT: This study researches the efficiency of activated charcoal for the inactivation of bromacil and tebuthiuron residues in soil. Many factors are examined with respect to the phytotoxicity of bromacil and tebuthiuron residues. The herbicide/charcoal concentration ratio, soil texture, organic matter content and soil moisture were assessed.
