Caption title.

"Presumably written either wholly or in part by [Joseph] Dennie."--BAL. The Port folio was edited by Dennie and published by Dennie and Dickins. An advertisement for the Prospectus appeared in the Gazette of the United States, Philadelphia, Oct. 16, 1800.

Two states noted, a number of lines having been rejustified, and the number of lines per column varying. In one state the last word of the first column on p. [1] is "with"; in the other it is "something."
