this is the Collected works of Jupiter Hammon, first Black in America to publish his own works, starting in 1760. Information collected by Stan Ransom. First published in 1970 by Ira Friedman press.
A second edition was published by Associated Faculty Press, Inc. in 1983.
Looking for plates to this edition to republish this work with title change and additions some relating to a new poem and also Black Poetry Day Celebrations.
