Two samples are dated 1609.
Signatures: A-F².
Iconographic title page designed by Carel van Mander and engraved by Jacob Matham; author's portrait also engraved by Matham; Simon Frisius engraved the samples.
Second title page included in samples: Artificiosissimum Grammatices.
Engraved illustrations imbedded in letterpress text.
LC copy lacks final letterpress leaf F2.
