Consists of four leaves, engraved throughout. Imprint from colophon. Engraver's name from STC.

Title from opening words of text. Dedication ends: "Moses sights on Synaj". Text after dedication begins: "Tables of the fathers ages conferred vnto the death of Terah: with theyr yeres vnder theyr names". In STC called: "Moses' sights on Mount Sinai".

Imperfect; the British Library copy has been cut up and pasted in strips and lacks the Broughton and Hondius inscriptions.

Reproductions of the originals in the British Library and the Folger Shakespeare Library.

Appears at UMI microfilm reel 238 (British Library copy) and at reel 642 (Folger Shakespeare Library copy).
