With a list of subscribers, directions to the binder and advertisements to 'Parts I, II, III'.
"The publisher hopes in future to bring forward each part, from three to six months after the preceding; a period of less delay, .. than the publication in monthly numbers, which he has been advised to abandon" (Advertisement to Part I).
Plates are dated between November 1794 and December 1796.
