Spine title: Notes to American reports.
Continuous numbering is used for the volumes of the two publications "Notes on the American decisions" and "Notes on the American reports." There are 20 vols. in all. Vols. 1-12 have title: Notes on the American decisions; v. 13 has title: Notes on the American decisions and American reports; vols. 14-20 have title: Notes on the American reports. Thus v. 13 forms the last volume of the "Notes on the American decisions" and the first volume of "Notes on the American reports."
