This book describes how to build a frame loom, an inkle loom, and two versions of a four harness loom - one is a pit loom using minimal lumber and the other a simple floor version. Both these designs are based on ones traditionally used in Greece. There are also directions for making the batten reed from actual reed pieces and for making string heddles. The plans in this book were originally written for VITA Volunteers for Technical Assistance for a project in Bangledesh. This note is by the author Joan Bouza Koster
