Regnault's device (Silvestre, 1167), an elephant, is the basis for the supplied date. According to P. Renouard. Répertoire des imprimeurs parisiens. 1965, p. 362 ff. the device was not used before 1513.
The work is attributed to Flameng who is mentioned as the author of some verses at the beginning and end.
