Continues the 1960 public library survey which was released in 1961 and 1962 under the title "Statistics of public library systems serving populations of (1) 100,000 or more (2) 50,000 to 99,999 (3) 35,000 to 49,999. This series of data, under slightly varying titles was issued annually between 1944 and 1960, and is continued, 1965- under title "Statistics of public libraries serving communities with at least 25,000 inhabitants.
