Signed: An observer of manking. The work is attributed to Capt. Boynton (Cushing's Anonyms) Baynton (Halkett and Laing) Bayntan (British museum Catalogue) of the Provincial American troops. The author was undoubtedly Benjamin Baynton, captain in the Pennsylvania loyalists' regiment.
