[2]; followed by a letter from Elisha Payne, lieut. governor of Vermont, to Meshech Weare, president of the Council of New Hampshire, dated Charlestown, December 21, 1781; and a letter from William Page addressed to the public, dated Exeter Goal, Jan. 12th, 1782, p. [3-4]. Both letters concern the boundary lines of Vermont with New Hampshire and New York.
