MASS copy 2: Bound in red morocco blocked in blind with the title blocked in gold on the spine; a.e.g. Spine blocked in blind with series title: "Hazlitt's Holiday Library". With ownership inscription: 'Caroline Jekyll". Plates are hand-coloured. Lacking plate [1].
