It's a fantastic color illustrated and well detailed recipe book with easy to understand step by step instructions and even some "cook's tips" footnotes for some recipes. Following the recipes carefully produce great and delicious products. Over 70 recipes I believe, from cookies, bars, tarts, and pies, to yeast breads, quickbreads, muffins and cakes. It is great to read, but more rewarding to actually try the recipes for yourself.
