Some leaves contain triangular cutouts; one leaf has corner cut off; four unprinted,irregularly shaped leaves, not counted in collation, bound in.
Quarter bound in dark green leather and painted flax paper boards. Gatefold case, purple cloth over boards, is secured with a green leather device that fits a cutout in the cover.
