In the early 20s of the 21st Century, the racing boat of a famous sportsman, Philippe Dulac, wrecked off the shore of South America . Rescued from drowning by an old teacher, while recovering from his accident, he is told by the old man of the past and recurrent events in the world. All of a sudden, a fateful earthquake reshapes the surface of the world.
Wading in rubble, they gather many survivors and build a boat to seek for an arable land, but they soon ensnare in a mud-sea. A vast island re-emerged with amazing landmarks in the middle of the ocean. In the span of a decade, they make it lavish with a forward technology.
