The Eternal Re-beginning

In the early 20s of the 21st Century, the racing boat of a famous sportsman, Philippe Dulac, wrecked off the shore of South America . Rescued from drowning by an old teacher, while recovering from his accident, he is told by the old man of the past and recurrent events in the world. All of a sudden, a fateful earthquake reshapes the surface of the world.
Wading in rubble, they gather many survivors and build a boat to seek for an arable land, but they soon ensnare in a mud-sea. A vast island re-emerged with amazing landmarks in the middle of the ocean. In the span of a decade, they make it lavish with a forward technology. Onward centuries run ahead, again with ups and downs as great many civilisations and cultures die and raise again in the course of wrongness and rightness, blooming and falling by intervals of time until mankind evolves to universal awareness.

First Sentence

"The sea goes in rampage. Frothy crests rising like prancing white horses, sputter in anger, lathering the slant of the waves, and curl down and roll, dashing toward Philippe like steamrollers. Behind, the surge enfolds, billowing in the air and bursts crashing into shrouds of froth that stretch back, drifting and cradling for a moment, to then flinch in the recesses and wrench up again, ceaselessly reshaping and swinging again."
