Evans, who saw no copy, gives title: Anno regni Georgii II Regis Magnae Britanniae, Franciae & Hiberniae, vicesimo non. At a session of the General Assembly of the colony of New-York ... began the second day of December.

Ascribed to the press of James Parker and William Weyman by Evans, although other sesion laws were printed by Parker alone.
