The Massachusetts Archives copy is filled out in ms. to Charles Smith, Jun. of Litchfield, Conn. and is signed and dated in ms. by William Smith, May 3, 1778.

Place of publication suggested by the text. Presumably assumed to be a Massachusetts imprint by Ford because of its possession by the Massachusetts Archives.
