Isolde Bräckle

Dr. Isolde Bräckle war nach dem Studium der Germanistik und Zeitungswissenschaft lange Jahre Redakteurin bei Frauenzeitschriften. Schon während dieser Zeit wurde ihr Hobby, das Kochen, zu ihrem zweiten Beruf: Sie schrieb selbst, und mit großem Erfolg, Kochbücher. Mittlerweile sind es zwei Dutzend geworden. Ihr besonderes Interesse gilt zeitgemäßer gesunder Ernährung ebenso wie moderner Küchentechnik. Nach wie vor erfindet und erarbeitet sie neue Rezepte, unter anderem auch für den »Creativ-Koch-Club« München, den sie mitbegründet hat.
