Enrique Díaz de Guijarro

Hijo de Enrique Díaz de Guijarro y Candelaria Peñate.

Doctor en Jurisprudencia (1944). Distinguido especialista en Derecho de Familia. Tratadista y publicista.

Vicedecano, Consejero y Profesor extraordinario (Derecho Civil I) de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Fundador y director de la revista “Antología jurídica”.

Publicó más de quinientas monografías jurídicas.

Prologó la obra de Ival Rocca y Gerardo Santiago Sabbatiello “Responsabilidades en la construcción”, Bias Editora (Biblioteca Interamericana de Asuntos Sociojurídicos), Buenos Aires, 1986
