Fiona Hill (born October 1965) is a British-born American foreign affairs specialist and national security official specializing in the former Soviet Union and Russian and European affairs. In April 2017, she was appointed by U.S. President Donald Trump as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for European and Russian Affairs on his National Security Council staff.
