Vlad Pogorelov is a Russian-American poet based in Rocklin, California. From Rocklin, he edits the poetry/arts journal Monday Journal, which was established in San Francisco in the late 90s. Earlier in the 90s, he lived in Philadelphia and edited the arts journal Siren's Silence. In 1997, his first collection, Derelict, was released by Repossessed Head Publishing House. A second edition of Derelict is forthcoming in 2021.
