Guilt before innocence

Josh Kingsley prided himself on being a swift--and accurate judge of character. He had formed his opinion of her quickly, but Sally knew it was far from accurate. He'd based that opinion on the strength of one incident that had happened years ago, and it seemed there was little chance of him changing it now. Especially when the evidence against her appeared overwhelming. She fit the description of the fraudulent dealer, and it was clearly her signature on the documents.
