Hedrick, Ulysses Prentiss 1870-1951
One of the great fruit men of the 20th century. He was horticulturist at the New York Agricultural Experiment Station at Geneva, New York from 1905 to 1930. He had become Director of that institution in 1928 and continued in this position until his retirement in 1937.
