The copy here reproduced ... was presented by Jonson to John Florio. This copy also contains an additional leaf containing the verses "To the worthiest Maister Ionson," signed "N.F." Other commendatory verses are by "I.D." (unidentified), E[dmund] B[olton], and F[rancis] B[eaumont]. The copyright to the play was transferred from Thomas Thorpe to William Burre on October 3, 1610. -- cf. Note.
