Jardin americano, unpublished manuscript held in the Biblioteca Nacional is part five, the only remaining manuscript of the Historia natural written by Navarro and includes an index to his second part; it follows up on work produced earlier by Francisco Hernández from 1571-1577 and Francisco Ximénez, 1615.
